We offer a complimentary 15 minute telephone consultation. All counselling sessions are 60 minutes in length with a flat fee for each session.
Payment is due at the end of every session and may be paid by cash, personal cheque or e-transfer. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Otherwise you will be billed for the missed appointment.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health benefits plan. Social Work services are considered a medical expense tax credit for income tax purposes. Any fees not covered by your benefits plan can be claimed when you file your income tax return.
